Who we are
The Technological Pole of the Textile Industries from SUMARE, SANTA BÁRBARA D' OESTE , NOVA ODESSA, HORTOLÂNDIA E AMERICANA, was created in 2002 with the goal of joining and representing all the productive chain of the textile sector in this region. This representation was conceived based on the necessity of a strong and competent entity willing to work the economical, political and institutional development of the textile industries in this region of Brazil and also abroad.
Who integrates the POLE
The POLE is composed by companies in the textile sector of all the productive chain (industry, service and commerce). We are zealous regarding to the legislation and so we mediate the polemic questions that involve our area. We also tend to encourage, in Brazil and abroad, the valorization of the textile sector, after all, the constant expansion of this market is what motivates the POLE to work.
Alliances
The direction of the POLE is creating an exclusive program of alliances with companies that are suppliers of the textile market and confection, trying to develop a stronger bond with the providers of products and services. This program embraces companies from the following areas:
• Raw Material (artificial, synthetics, animal and vegetable);
• Preparation and spinning;
• Preparation and weaving (plain and knitting);
• Improvement and finishing;
• Confection;
• Hole sale and retail.
The main focus is the development and the strengthening of the market, using the synergetic reunion complementary areas related to the production. Besides the alliances and studies in partnership, we afford informal and educational meetings through workshops, seminars, Internet, published materials, fairs and awards. All this structure is programmed to create a new mentality of the entities’ businesses with the market.

Quality talks louder
The main focus of the POLE is investment in the development and the edification of the sector, through the various activities in partnership with related entities. Among some of these activities we have the workshops, seminars, support and exclusive events like forums for debate, congresses and others.

More attuned proposals
One of the most important functions of the POLE is launch and debate new proposals of action in the sector, like the most recent actions developed to guard the internal market against predatorily Chinese imports, creation of a sales center and others that are been developed right now. The goal is keeping the production chain attuned with the market changes and mostly as quick as possible.
